Conflict can arise because of human sin and brokenness, but conflict can also arise because people have different perspectives, values, and goals. Often, our sin and brokenness worsen a disagreement into a destructive battle, but working through the disagreement itself can be a healthy exercise to broaden our perspective, consider our values, and identify our goals together.
